“An out-of-the-ordinary space for today’s outdoor events featuring live concerts, car cruise-ins, motorcycle rallies and more!”
 Description: 5.5 Acres of outdoor space featuring 25,000 SF of grass surrounded by a gently sloping asphalt surface. Area ’57 offers four separate, limited access entrances to the grounds.
Capacity: 4000+ people
Outdoor Stage Area: A 40 x 60 concrete slab with 400 amps for lights, of power and 200 amps for sound hook-ups. A stage can be assembled (at your cost) to fit small to LARGE concert needs.
Registration Building: A 3000 SF building complete with registration desk, coffee service area, water fountains,
refrigerator, restrooms, Wi-Fi and phone lines.
Outdoor Restrooms: Brand new in 2008, these restrooms offer convenience and comfort for all attendees on Area ’57 grounds. Handicap accessible
Electrical: We have 7 temporary electrical boxes @ 100 amps each with a maximum of nine 110 outlets. More power can be arranged if needed.
Water: We have 5 spigots of fresh water on grounds with the ability to offer more when splitters are applied.
 Concession trailer: a 15’ foot trailer featuring hot dogs, hamburgers, soda pop, chips, nachos, candy and more. Other specialty items available on request.
Inflatable Drive-In Movie Screen: our 30’ tall by 28’ wide inflatable Drive-in movie can show any movie that you choose to pay for the rights for.
